Our approach to the website for Fitzwater Outdoor Maintenance was to uncomplicate their existing structure. We used Wordpress with the latest updates, installed a drag-and-drop theme, then got to work.
Rebranding
- Before the relaunch, Fitzwater Outdoor Maintenance was known as Fitzwater Tree and Lawn Care.
- A new URL was needed, which meant decades of digital equity needed to be delicately transferred to the new site and URL.
- Many of the existing photos and videos were outdated.
Multiple Service Lines
- Fitzwater has grown substantially over the last decade, which meant a shift toward commercial business over residential.
- The website needed to function as both a place for residential customers to quickly find information, as well as a lead-generating website to find new commercial business.
Multiple Business Needs
- Not only does the website need to attract new business, but it also needed to be used as a recruitment tool. Growth means hiring.
- While there was a focus on communicate the services offered, we needed to brand the site to easily guide potential applicants to the Employee-owned section.
